Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Coming Late 2022

The Pokémon company has announced it’s next series of games that will come later in the year. The next generation has revealed to be called Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet as told in the Pokémon Presents presentation on Sunday.
The reveal trailer for the new Pokémon games showed a preview of the game as well as the three new starter Pokémon that’ll feature in each game. The description in the video also mentions that the games will be ‘open world’, so it will be interesting to see how much they keep from this year’s Pokémon Arceus.
The new starters will be called Sprigatito, Fuecoco, and Quaxly, and each with a very unique design which you can check below.
It’s surprising to see that Game Freak will be releasing two Pokémon games within the same year, but after the success of Arceus, I’m sure that Scarlet and Violet will be yet another.
